Anything you'd like to tell about yourself?
I'm a 51 years young, male, Wife retired Army, I have one child and 2 grand kids and one on the way. 3 dogs 1 cat. I live south east of Louisville

My wife and I have been selling baking supplies on ebay for about three years now. My wife is a great cook and baker. We have made just about every thing one can think of; from wedding cakes, breads, cheeses, canning, smoked meats and dehydrating. We do everything from scratch. You can't cook out of box and call yourself a cook. By no means are we experts. We decide that we want to try something, then we find out the information on how to make it. She has several hundred cook books that we can refer to.

After that we bought a whole house wood burning stove.

But we are survivors,… Continue

Albert Eisentraut Bicycles

Albert Eisentraut acquired an appreciation of hand built bicycles at the elbow of legendary Paramount maker Oscar Wastyn in Chicago, and Albert, in many ways, is the dean of modern (post Korean War) USA custom frame builders. His frames, especially the famous "Model A" frames of the 1960s and 70s, had a special sculptural aesthetic and unorthodoxy in their shaping. This set Eisentraut bicycles apart from the European mimicry that influenced other builders at that time.
