Music Player and Store

The Music Store that I had posted was filled with bugs that I don't think SNOCAP, the provider, has a clue as to what is going on. But after spending my own money trying to download songs all it seemed able to do was charge my credit card. Why is it, that the credit card transaction part always works? If anyone was adversely affected by this organization please let me know. Thanks, Frank
